Repairs and assembly for Miramar homes and townhouses. Alex Handyman covers Miramar (Broward County) with the same honest rates as everywhere: $80 for one hour; on jobs of 2+ hours, $60 per hour for every hour; $80 minimum — paid by Zelle or cash after the work.
The whole honey-do list in one visit — squeaks, sticks, wobbles, gaps and small breaks fixed in one trip.
IKEA, Wayfair, Amazon — flat boxes turned into finished furniture, anchored and level, packaging gone.
TVs mounted level and anchored into studs or concrete — plus pictures, mirrors and shelves that stay up.
Laminate and vinyl plank for rooms and closets — flat, quiet, with clean transitions and baseboards.
Drips, running toilets, faucet swaps and disposals — the small plumbing jobs done without the big plumbing bill.
Doors that close like they should, locks that turn without a wrestling match, smart locks installed and set up.
The same published rates everywhere in the zone: $80 for a one-hour visit (also the minimum per visit); on jobs of two hours or more, every hour is $60 (2 hrs $120, 3 hrs $180). Parts at cost. Text a photo for the exact number before the visit.
Text your job and your address area — you'll get the earliest honest time the same day. Miramar is a regular stop on the route, and several small jobs in one visit is the smart way to book.
Furniture assembly, TV mounting on concrete walls, sticking doors, dripping faucets and running toilets, drywall patches and fresh caulk — the Florida list. Bring your whole list: one visit, hourly rate.
Text a photo of the problem — Alex replies with a straight price and the earliest visit time in Miramar.
